NightLight (“we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our 3D lamp model generation service.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

NightLight is designed with privacy-first principles. We do not:

• Collect, store, or log any account credentials, usernames, or passwords. NightLight has no login / signup system.
• Use any database or cloud storage to persist user data.
• Track or profile users across sessions.
• Deploy analytics, fingerprinting, or advertising cookies.

3. Data You Provide

Model files and preview images are temporarily stored on the generation server and are automatically deleted after download or after a short retention period. Unpaid model previews are automatically purged within 10 minutes.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Creem, a third-party payment provider. NightLight does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card or payment details at any time. Please refer to Creem’s privacy policy for information about how they handle your payment data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have rights including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. Since NightLight does not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data to exercise these rights over on our system.
